Arnold Schwarzenegger was found dead at his home in Las Angeles, California. Schwarzenegger was 68 years old.
Police responded to the home in Los Angeles after receiving an emergency call 911 for a “macho unresponsive.” Upon entering the residence, police found the dead body of Schwarzenegger in his bed.
Little information is known at this time and the police intends to investigate the cause of death.
“Schwarzenegger found dead in her bedroom around 9:30 pm on Wednesday,” said Police Chief James J. Freda Las Angeles in a brief statement to CBS News Local 4. “We see no reason to believe that foul play was a factor in his death, but intend to carry out a full investigation.
A source close to the family also confirmed the death of Schwarzenegger.
