Nnewi — Chairman of Onitsha Newspaper Directors and Distributors Association ONDDA, Mr. Jude Oguzie, has called on the people of Anambra Central Senatorial district to vote for the emergence of the National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Chief Victor Umeh, as senator to change the district for better.
Speaking in his personal capacity and not for the association, he said Chief Umeh was a man who had the interest of Ndigbo at heart and the people of Anambra Central senatorial district would benefit more if they elected him to represent them in the Senate.
“Chief Umeh is a very courageous man, very intelligent and lover of Igbo people. I believe if he represents the Anambra Central senatorial district, the people will be better than what they are currently having.
“APGA government brought development in the state through former Governor Obi, supported solidly by Chief Umeh. You can see what APGA is doing under Governor Willie Obiano, who is being supported by Chief Umeh, so if he is elected, why will he not perform?
“Anambra Central senatorial seat at the Senate, is not for people who are not courageous, but for those who have the interest of Ndigbo at heart.”
