Federal High Court In Lagos Will Deliver Judgment Tomorrow In A Fundamental Rights Enforcement Suit File By 83 Igbos, Who Were Allegedly Deported By Force To Anambra State In 2012.


The applicants Rosemary Nathaniel, Friday Ndukwe, Grace Igbochi, Ugulori Tutua, Chinyere Nicholas, Osondu Mbuto and 77 others are in the suit seeking a declaration that their arrest, remand and alleged forceful
 transportation from Lagos to Onitsha on the ground that they were non-indigenes of Lagos and against their consent, was a violation of their fundamental rights to personal liberty, freedom of movement and freedom from discrimination.
